Welcome to Asian Family Services, located at 128 Khyber Pass Road in Auckland, New Zealand. We are an establishment that provides professional and confidential support to Asians living in New Zealand.

At Asian Family Services, we understand the unique challenges that Asians may face when it comes to personal, family, social, and psychological issues. That's why we offer free face-to-face, phone, and video counseling to assist and guide our clients in resolving these issues.

Our team of trained counselors, social workers, and health promoters are dedicated to providing high-quality support in multiple languages. We offer our services in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi. If needed, we can also arrange for an interpreter for other languages.

In addition to our counseling services, we also focus on public health initiatives. One of our main goals is to raise awareness about gambling harm within Asian communities and support those who are dealing with gambling problems. To further this cause, we have recently launched Asha, a support service specifically designed for South Asians living in New Zealand. Asha's counseling and support are completely confidential and available to anyone impacted by harmful gambling, including the gambler themselves, as well as their family members or friends.
