"Was experiencing an IBS emergency and needed panadeine but didn't have an Identification so my dad went in (he didn't have an I'd because his wallet was stolen yesterday) he took in his police form that tells people you have no ID and the first lady, who I dealt with was nice and helpful and started processing him but then the other pharmacist (tall lady with a bun) came and said we couldn't do it. I understand the whole Codeine panadol health protocols but we had all of the correct police paperwork and I was crying/screaming in the car. Went to another pharmacy and they had no problem with the police paper as id"
