"Had the worst staff member from hell return my call today. She was rude from the moment I answered. Bad customer service. Lack of information given when signed up for a trial. They used to hire out machines and now charge $298 per month for hire. Since signing up and this rude call, I have since found all other companies do a trial for $100. Not the $250 that Ballarat charges. They offer $200 back on a purchase but have inflated their prices, so you don't really benefit. Such a waste of time using Ballarat CPAP direct."
