"I had eyebrow threading and some waxing done here yesterday. I won't go anywhere else now. The lady I had was so thorough and gentle. There was no wait time and I just walked in. The price was very reasonable and the level of care I got was really top notch. My eyebrows have never looked better."
"I can forgive the woman for doing an average job. What I can't forgive is the inappropriate conduct. I requested an eye brow wax. After she did some waxing she told me she was going to finish the job with the thread to which I refused, because I hate the thread. Instead of just using tweezers she actually argued with me and wouldn't let it go. I had to be firm insist that she was not using the thread. Then she said "Why are you so scared of the thread?" as if there was something wrong with me, and as if I have to explain myself to her. I paid for a wax, and I have the right to refuse the thread if I don't want it! To make matters worse, she had an opinion on me starting childcare while my baby is "so young"as if she is entitled to an opinion on how I raise my child. The bottom line is, if you are a mediocre service provider, don't make small talk with customers if you are lacking in social skills. You can't afford to be both average and rude. I am not returning and do not recommend!"
"Came in half an hour before closing and was told that a customer left her name and was going to be coming back soon and that they needed to do their closing duties so they weren't able to serve me. I thought the point of 'closing' duties were to be conducted after closing time rather than turning customers away to do them during business hours; really shouldn't be surprised though considering their reviews are pretty poor. I ended up going to Fabulous Beauty who were lovely, did a really great job and agreed that they shouldn't have been turning customers away. I'll go to them from now on."
"Was great service and got the satisfaction I was looking for will be going back, I got the eyebrow tint and with red hair it was hard to find someone who would match that. some places had made me look horrible but this place made me feel really welcome I loved it"
"Visited for eyebrow threading and tint, eyelash tint also. Very pleased with their service - gentle, thorough and considerate. Walk in, no wait and very reasonable prices. I witnessed their dealing with a difficult customer (who was in the wrong) - polite and professional. Thank you for looking after me today, I will be back!"
