At Mary Farrell, I provide counselling and therapy services from my home office in Titirangi, as well as online sessions for your convenience. I specialize in mentoring and supervision for members of the medical profession and other health practitioners. Working in a high-stress environment, medical professionals often struggle to find a healthy balance and release the stress they face without it affecting their personal lives. Through my expertise and support, I have successfully counseled professionals in high-stress jobs, helping them find relief and regain control over their lives.

To ensure that you receive the care you need, I am registered with the Medical Protection Society, which means your first six sessions are fully paid for. If additional sessions are required, they are readily available to support your ongoing progress and well-being.
