"Wouldn't even give this company 1 star. Started off with Mark looking after our insurance. Since he has left service has been poor and everything is last minute. All they are interested in is getting paid, there is no calls or anything to make sure the policy is still suitable. We put up with it last year but we are now done with them and moving out business to someone that wants to work with us. Wouldn't recommend at all, look elsewhere."

"Absolutely appalling customer service! Been with them a few years now, the first guy Mark we had was great, then this year on renewal we wanted to review our cover and the lady we got was rubbish. No contact from her post our initial meeting, had to follow up with the admistrator to get the authority documents sent through, documents were finally sent with the incorrect details which we questioned twice and never heard anything back. About two months on and still haven't heard...we have given up chasing. Do not trust they would do what they need to correctly, very unprofessional and disappointing! Would not recommend!"
"Went through the process of getting a quote for my business. Was unsure of exactly how much cover I needed so asked for two quotes of differing levels. After extremely slow response times to any calls or e-mails I was able to send them all the information for a quote. They then sent me only the highest quote number which was much higher than I had been told by someone else in the same industry as me. After asking for the quote amount for the lower cover they just stopped answering calls and e-mails. Absolutely useless and just a waste of time."
"Terrible waste of money! -> Spent 5 years paying for my cover (over 5K) and when it was time to do one urgent $600 dollar claim I was told that I needed to see different doctors over 3h drive away to get new paperwork for the claim to be reassessed before anything was done. Useless on the phone as the guy literally said the word "no" about 20 times. This is the most disappointing experience I have EVER had with any insurer, they are clearly in the business of collecting money and denying claims. Stay away at all cost!"
