"Worst store ever visit in Auckland, rude staff , zero management, no policy for the return and exchange. Specifically the manager he is so bad and speaking abusive language . We bought a vape product and it is not working properly and they are telling us that we have to change coal in every 3-4 days and in everything they are telling us its our mistake. Also, i emailed them 2 weeks ago no reply from them and then we visited store 3-4 times . Everytime they say come tomorrow. I wasted my money and time. I would recommend no one buy anything from this shosha store dominion road."
