"This was the worst service we ever experienced. We had a deal of how much to pay on the week before we went to Auckland to pick up our car and by the time the car was ready the amount to pay was more than the amount we agreed on. We had confirmation on the week before we went to Auckland that by the time we arrived there on the bus the car would be ready by 8 am but when we arrived at the pit stop after 8 am he said he was still waiting for some parts if we could wait until 10.30- 11 am, we waited and waited until the car was ready around 3pm. It was so frustrating but we had no option we had to pay more than what we agreed on and plus the following day was the Good Friday and we had to get our car out before the long weekend. I will never recommend this mechanic to my families and friends living in Auckland."
