At our centre, we have mastered temperature control, allowing you to create perfect results in your cooking endeavors. Our luxury kitchen appliances are designed to work seamlessly together, providing a cohesive and efficient cooking experience.

When you visit our bespoke environment, you will immediately sense the essence of Designed in Aotearoa New Zealand. Explore the potential of our appliance solutions in immersive luxury settings designed with Boffi, Arclinea, and Henrybuilt. Additionally, you can book a chef-led culinary experience to see firsthand how insight-led design can support the creation of Kitchen Perfection in the heart of your home.

One of the highlights of our centre is the exploration of luxury materials and appliance integration. By layering luxury materials and adopting a refined approach to appliance integration, we can transform the reading of space from utility to architectural statement.

In addition to our focus on kitchen design, we also showcase the architecture of fabric care in the Boffi Fabric Care Experience. Discover luxury laundry and wardrobe spaces that illustrate how our concept of the laundry has evolved into a connected, fabric care ecosystem.

To further enhance your experience, we offer the opportunity to book a Mastery of Temperature experience in The Social Kitchen. Our in-house chefs will bring to life our insights into the science of food care and cooking, using premium, sustainably sourced ingredients and award-winning New Zealand wines. This experience will provide you with valuable insights into the best combination of products to suit your lifestyle, cooking style, and entertainment needs.

If you're seeking inspiration for your own design vision, our Plan and Choose Studio is the perfect place to discuss your ideas with your architect or designer. Equipped with a range of material samples, product and reference resources, and experienced design consultants, our studio is ready to answer any questions you may have about performance, style, or integration.

We are open Tuesday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and on Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm. While we have limited on-site parking spaces, there are also limited street parking options available in the surrounding streets.

The Fisher & Paykel Auckland Experience Centre is not your typical retail environment or appliance showroom. It is a showcase of premium appliances in a creative and stimulating space. While we primarily host global and local architecture and design partners, we welcome anyone interested in learning more about our appliance solutions and the design potential of our products. Our centre is programmed with events and educational experiences that will inspire, inform, and connect to the needs of all visitors.

Within our centre, you will find various key moments and spaces. We have three hero kitchens designed in partnership with Boffi, Arclinea, and Henrybuilt, each showcasing different characteristics and performance solutions. Additionally, we have a premium outdoor kitchen featuring DCS products, luxury laundry and wardrobe spaces demonstrating complete fabric care ecosystems, an apartment kitchen illustrating compact living solutions, several product galleries, and a Plan & Choose Studio equipped to meet the needs of visiting architects and designers.

The heart of our Experience Centre is The Social Kitchen, a large kitchen, dining, and wine experience space. Here, we bring to life the food care, cooking performance, and dishwashing insights that underpin our approach to product design. The Social Kitchen is used for our Mastery of Temperature culinary experiences, where you can gain a deeper understanding of the science, performance, and human insights behind our appliance solutions. These experiences explore how different cooking methods, temperature control, and heat types combine for perfect flavor and texture, and how different cooling methods, temperatures, and humidity levels combine for optimal food care and wine preservation. Please note that bookings are essential for these experiences.
