"Excellent customer service from a fantastic team! I was back in NZ after being away for a while, driving my car which had been sitting for a few months. The car broke down at the traffic lights right outside AGrade Tuning, and Laurie immediately came out to see if I needed a hand. He diagnosed the problem straight away, and was able to fix the car two hours after the necessary parts arrived, even though I could see they were quite busy. He and the team really helped me out while I was in a bit of a situation!"
"Laurie and the boys are very professional. They get booked up quick so need to ring to get the all clear. I just read a comment saying they were not accommodating which is totally opposite. I recommend A Grade to new customers as they don't tag on extra costs if they see a cheaper alternative. I have used them for several years and hope to stay loyal as well as considerate.
