Welcome to Wellington Ballet Studio, a leading dance institution located at 27 Chelsea Street in Wellington, New Zealand. Established in 2015, our boutique dance school is nestled on the picturesque Miramar Peninsula, offering a nurturing environment for dancers of all ages and skill levels.

At Wellington Ballet Studio, we are dedicated to inspiring imagination, encouraging coordination, musicality, and excellence in every dancer. Led by Principal Hannah Scott-McNeill, a highly esteemed member of the Royal Academy of Dance (ARAD RTS), and supported by our esteemed Patron, Sir Jon Trimmer, we provide exceptional dance education and training.

Our curriculum encompasses a wide range of dance styles, including Ballet, Jazz, and Contemporary Dance. We follow the esteemed Royal Academy of Dance ballet syllabus, ensuring that our students receive a comprehensive and internationally recognized dance education. Additionally, we also incorporate the American Jazz Dance Affiliation syllabus into our classes, offering a diverse and well-rounded dance experience.

Our classes cater to students residing in the Eastern Suburbs of Wellington, including Hataitai, Roseneath, Lyall Bay, Kilbirnie, Mapuia, Strathmore Park, Miramar, and Seatoun. Whether you are a beginner taking your first steps in dance or an experienced dancer looking to refine your skills, we have classes tailored to meet your needs.

In addition to our regular classes, we hold assessments in Term 3, providing students with an opportunity to showcase their progress and receive valuable feedback. We also keep the school holidays free to offer our students a well-deserved break and dedicate Term 4 to preparing for our highly anticipated Annual Production.
