Castlemaine Vintage Bazaar
About the Business
Welcome to Castlemaine Vintage Bazaar, located at 9 Walker Street in the charming town of Castlemaine, Australia. This establishment is not your ordinary home goods store - it is a place of wonder and delight, curated by the esteemed Baron von Le’gPulling. Step into our 2000 square meters of vintage magnificence, where you will find a diverse and eclectic collection of treasures from numerous stallholders.
At Castlemaine Vintage Bazaar, we pride ourselves on offering a unique and ever-changing selection of vintage items. From knick-knackery to bric-a-brac-ery, our stalls are filled with second-hand curios, retro accoutrement, and even a touch of handmade finery. You never know what you may discover as you browse through our extensive range of items. In fact, you may just stumble upon that one thing you never knew you were looking for.
But our Bazaar is more than just a store. It is part of The Mill, Castlemaine's vibrant creative hub. Situated opposite the breathtaking Botanical Gardens, the site of the old Castlemaine Woollen Mill has been transformed into a haven for foodies, artisans, and collectors of unique curiosities. Here, you will find a roastery, cafe, brewer, baker, wine maker, ice cream magician, furniture and metal artisans, and various office spaces for local businesses. The Mill is a buzzing community that celebrates creativity and craftsmanship.
As we invite you to explore the wonders of Castlemaine Vintage Bazaar, we also acknowledge the Dja Dja Wurrung people, the Traditional Owners of the land on which our institution stands. We pay our respects to their leaders and Elders, both past and present, and express our gratitude to all First Nations people for sharing this land with us.
Whether you are a collector, a vintage enthusiast, or simply seeking something unique, Castlemaine Vintage Bazaar is the place to be. With both small and large stalls, as well as cabinet space available, our Bazaar provides a platform for stallholders to showcase their treasures and for visitors to immerse themselves in a world of nostalgia and charm. Come and experience the magic for yourself.

Reviews
"Bouquets for the great new stalls. Some very professionally curated displays. Brickbats galore for the terrible state of the carpark. No excuses. It has only been getting worse over the years"
"So many things to see in one place! Just never know what you will find. Staff are lovely as well. Some stalls can be abit pricey for the items they selling. So choose wisely. They are located in the old mill and surrounded by other shops like bakery, brewery, coffee shops, restaurants etc."
"It will take you an hour or more to see everything there is to buy, and the staff are very helpful. I had an amazing experience."
"A few shops all in the one area! Great little spot to stop and check out. Recommended love platform No.5. A great selection of handpainted and handpoured Miniatures that my kids will love! This place is like a little village... it has a brewery, chocolatier, the antiques and collectibles plus handmade and natural things to buy. Definitely a destination and not to be rushed."
"Located within the Mill Castlemaine - just opposite Castlemain botanic garden, Castlemaine vintage bazaar offers a wide range of shops with different collectible and unique goods. Lots of vintage clothes, hand-made jewelry/deco items and also furniture section too. They have a common area with benches to sit down and relax. Even got a table tennis there for you to play. Public toilets are clean too. Loads of off street car park in the area. There are some wall art works in this hub, also some cafeteria and brewery too to offer good food and drinks. We went on Australia day, so there are 10% surchage for food + drinks. Some shops were closed though Free to entry the Mill Castlemaine. Highly recommended if you are in the area. Can spend hours here."
