"Two items from our order sent to us was broken, chipped and very very dirty. Doesn't seem like they check the items before delivery. I emailed twice with no response, called twice, first call wasn’t helpful and mentioned she cannot help and transferred me to someone else who dropped my call, second call was the same woman again and again she couldn't help and the person who can is busy, made me feel like my call was an inconvenience to her time. I asked her if I can leave my number so they can call back, she noted it down but no one called. So unhelpful, rude and such an unpleasant experience"
