"Dont ever think that this place is looking out for your best interest or is even listening when you tell them what your budget is and to call you if its over that. Then dont ever think that because of their failure your end bill is going to be in the thousands and that they will give you a chance to take your car to go to work to pay the bill and not only that your children have to walk to school in the cold rain. They simply will not like other small firms give you a break...avoid at all costs and check with places first. Could of saved hassle by calling when it needed to go over budget. And work done could of been done at a fraction of the cost elsewhere and would of sorted out an account and i know this because i took the job sheet in to another mechanic. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."
