Additionally, we have another location at 278 Great South Road, open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturday, 8 am to 3 pm.

"I've been trying to book a dereg car in for compliance for well over 3 months. Each time I try I get a text saying "text me back in 4 weeks". No worries, things are busy. My final attempt I was just told "they're too busy, sorry". Whats the point of offering this service if it's literally impossible to even make a booking? I'm not in a hurry, just keen to get the process underway, but I don't even have that option. Infuriating."

"We didn't like the service at this place because the guy said so many things that we should do in the car. Ex: he said that we have to change the seat belt because it had a lot of cuts and there was no cut at all. Although just one thing that he said made sense and we fixed it, the rest of them didn't. We went to another place and the wof was approved. I won't be back again"
