"Just had my exhaust fixed by them today, service was great and the job was done okay despite a really tiny muffler been installed. But when it came to picking up the car, I got told I can't let you have the keys to even listen to it and sit in the car. Then were like aggressive and went outside to workshop to ask if one of workers can do it. The guy that went outside seemed embarrassed by it or he was just having a really bad day. I'm a honest fussy owner of a car that I've had for 14 years. I only want a good a job done. I won't pay then find I'm not happy with what was done. The guy made me feel like I bothered him, not like I was wanted as a customer. Surely you like a customer to be happy, I won't pay for any workmanship until I've inspected it and made sure any issues are addressed if required. When I phoned this morning to alsk about the weather due to flooding risk I got told in a aggressive rude tone we wouldn't be open otherwise. When you have a car that isn't replaceable and rare you just want the best for your car. Will not be going back"
