"The price has gone up over the years, and the quality has gone down. It's cheaper than the likes of Hell and Pizza Club, but simultaneously, it is less filling, so you have to buy more. Overall, for a meal to satisfy my family, Hell and Pizza Club are about 10% more expensive, but generally healthier and better tasting. I would get Pizza Hut as a snack, but not really anything else. Pizza Club and Hell are better alternatives, bang for buck."
"Never been the type to write a review but I've had the worst pizza order from Mt albert. I know it's a busy sat night but our order was 45 minutes late and it's obvious that one of the pizzas we had ordered had been sitting there for yonks getting cold while the rest of the food was getting prepared. Does this look like a pepperoni with extra cheese pizza? You have a deal going on about giving a review and receiving a free regular cheese pizza, I want my pizza redone and sent to me Pronto, will never go pizza hut again if there is no positive feedback from this response."

"Not a good experience and not happy with the quality from pizzahut. I decided to try out the cheesy bites, and it happened to be my worst decision. The cylindrical cheesy bites at the periphery were slightly raw (uncooked) from inside. Moreover, the flagship cheese within the cheesy bites looked strangely different. I doubt with if it was a real cheese, since its texture and taste seemed to me more like flavoured baked all purpose purpose flour. It surely looked like a cost cutting and hence whole experince turned me down. So would never ever buy from pizzahut from now on."
