Coach Sam Mabbott, an ex-competitive swimmer from England, brings a wealth of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer. With a passion for helping swimmers achieve their goals, Sam believes in the synergy between training in the gym and in the pool.

Coach Georgia Hind, a NZ Open Water Swimming Representative and NZ 5km Champion, comes from a background of competitive pool and ocean swimming. She firmly believes in making swimming accessible to everyone, regardless of their previous experience.

Our small group lessons cater to beginners and swimmers who want to master the correct freestyle breathing technique. With a focus on building confidence, these lessons aim to help participants swim 100m freestyle with ease.

For swimmers with a base understanding of swimming, our progressive lessons are perfect for taking your skills to the next level. These sessions concentrate on refining technique and building stamina through a variety of skills and drills, ultimately improving efficiency in the water.

If you have some swimming experience and are confident with longer distances, our squad-style setup is ideal for you. These sessions create a motivating and challenging environment where swimmers work on their speed endurance and strength.
