As the sun sets, Ohtel Pantry transforms into a cozy bar, offering an array of delectable bar snacks and sweet treats. Pair these mouthwatering offerings with our carefully curated selection of hand-picked local wines and craft beers for a truly enjoyable evening.

One of the highlights of our menu is our brunch, served daily from 8am to 3pm. We take classic dishes and add a mid-century twist, using locally sourced ingredients from trusted suppliers. This ensures that every bite you take is not only flavorful but also supports our local community.

At Ohtel Pantry, we take pride in collaborating with local producers who share our passion for quality and sustainability. Some of our esteemed partners include Thoroughbread, offering delicious gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan bread made just 86km away in Levin. Bee Fresh Farms, a Wellington Manuka Honey Company, provides us with pure and raw honey sourced from the greater Wellington Region. Pandoro Bakery, located a mere 300 meters away, supplies us with freshly baked Vienna sourdough. Twocan Peanut Butter, a family-owned business just 2km away, crafts the only certified gluten-free peanut butter in New Zealand. Finally, Zany Zeus, a Lower Hutt-based dairy producer, supplies us with handcrafted organic dairy products made from local cows.

As you explore our establishment, you'll notice a tribute to Mr Duppa on our wall. Mr Duppa was the first resident of the bay, which was known as Duppa before Oriental Bay. He played a significant role in shaping the history of the area and became New Zealand's first "millionaire." We honor his legacy by incorporating him into our story and preserving the rich history of the region.
