"I phoned twice today to make a quick phone call and before even having my [phone call answer I was on hold for 5 mins 30 seconds, and then again later - over 7 minutes. Never have I ever had to wait so long (when calling a doctors surgery) on a phone before even been greeted. Once my phone call was FINALLY answered the lady was rude and unhelpful. Obviously customer service is not a priority. VERY DISAPPOINTING."
"when I go i have not ever had my bp taken. been gong when needed for a few years and never had the basic checked out. at 60 with family heart problems this should be something done, never has been"
"Arazoo is a very caring & knowledgeable doctor but it is almost impossible to get to see her because she is the only fulltime doc at the Vickers St. practice. When l need to see her it is usually reasonably urgent as l have a terminal illness. I cannot wait 2 weeks. Cannot understand why there are not at least another 2 full time GP's."
"I like my doctor there but for whatever reason hes only there monday and tuesday. This facility is ridiculous for someone wanting a regular GP. 6 months pregnant and i cant even see ANY doctor for 2 weeks. 9-5 facilities are ridiculous. Will be finding else where. Absolute rubbish."
