"Clean and very well organised store. However, the young staff that was working today had the worst customer service. She was smiling and talking to her colleagues, and as soon as we walked up to her smile disappeared. As we were paying, she expressed annoyed facials, and didn’t offer to put the phone number in the data. We left the store feeling badly serviced and our $200 worth of plates were unwrapped/ unprotected."
