At NZVA, we are committed to staying at the forefront of the veterinary industry. We offer valuable resources on topics such as epidemiology, food safety, animal welfare, and biosecurity. Our goal is to ensure that veterinarians have access to the latest information and tools they need to provide the best possible care for animals.

We are also actively involved in advocating for important issues in the field of veterinary medicine. We recently welcomed the Environment Select Committee's report recommending a nationwide cat management framework, which we believe is a significant step towards protecting both the welfare of cats and the native wildlife of New Zealand.

To further support our members, we have established partnerships with reputable organizations such as Provet, Massey University, Nestlé Purina PetCare Ltd, and Southern Cross Pet Insurance.
