"My name is louie, Cooper was my pick as a puppy and I'm devastated to hear that a place that was suppose to be looking after him and caring for his well-being has failed and allowed my puppy to be ripped apart like he was while in the care of this company. The first time dad allowed me to see him, I was upset to see on how much he was muled by 5 dogs. My other dog (zep) was bitten by a dog and that lasted seconds and ended up with 4 stitches but Cooper had 94 stitches. I'm so upset at your company for allowing Cooper to be so hurt and yet I await communication by you so I also understand more why this happened and why it took so long to help my puppy. I wish no one sends their animals to this company ever again because I do not want another animal hurt like Cooper was."
