"The pharmacy was unable to supply a certain product for an extended period of time yet refused to allow me to redeploy my script at another outlet. I went back on 3 different occasions only to be told the sames thing - now i must point out that i quizzed them on all 3 occasions as to whether the script would expire and was assured every time that it would not and everything would be fine. Today they say that the script has expired and even if I took it to another pharmacy there is no funding, and I'd need to pay full price. Now I hate complaining about this as for years I have used this pharmacy and found them a joy to deal with but this is simply outright theft and cannot stand. I was able to speak with a pharmacist who refused to give me the owners details, and suggested I email them on a Gmail address! Sorry team, but you've lost a customer for life and I'll be telling everyone I possibly can to avoid your pharmacy. A total ripoff, don't go anywhere near them."
