Welcome to Counselling Wellington Kapiti, a trusted establishment located at 85 The Terrace in Wellington, New Zealand. As a health-oriented institution, we strive to provide exceptional counselling services to individuals seeking support and guidance in their personal and emotional well-being.

At Counselling Wellington Kapiti, we understand that seeking counselling can be a significant step towards personal growth and healing. With our experienced and compassionate counsellor, Christine, we offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns.

Our counselling sessions are priced at $115 per hour, with each session lasting 50 minutes. We understand that financial constraints can be a barrier to seeking therapy, which is why we also offer the possibility of subsidies or full funding through Employment Assistance Programs such as Benestar, OCP, Raise, or Vitae.

To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request payment at the end of each session. Alternatively, you may choose to make payment through internet banking the day prior to your scheduled appointment. Please note that we do not have Eftpos or credit card facilities available.

For couples seeking therapy, we highly recommend longer sessions to allow for more in-depth exploration and resolution of relationship dynamics.

Christine is available for appointments on weekdays. In-person sessions are available on Tuesdays and Fridays at our Wellington location. For added convenience, online sessions are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays, allowing you to receive counselling from the comfort of your own home.

To ensure that we can accommodate your needs, please note that counselling sessions are by appointment only. We make every effort to accommodate urgent requests and strive to find a suitable time for you.

You can find Christine's office on Floor 6 of 85 The Terrace in Wellington. When you arrive, simply turn right outside the lift. We apologize for any inconvenience, but please note that we currently do not offer services in Kapiti.
