Welcome to Rangitoto Swim School (RSS), a small family-owned and operated establishment located in the heart of the bays in Auckland, New Zealand. We take pride in offering our customers the most affordable swimming lessons with fully trained teachers. With almost 20 years of experience, we have become the friendliest swim school on the shore.

At RSS, we believe in the importance of parent and child learning together, focusing on safety, confidence, and the incredible fun that water can provide. Our fun sing-along sessions create the perfect environment for children to prepare for independent lessons at the age of three.

We ensure that children learn to swim with caring and fully trained teachers who emphasize correct technique from an early age, while still making the lessons enjoyable. With a maximum of four children per class, we provide personalized attention to each child.

Using teaching techniques proven in the United States, Europe, and New Zealand, we aim to produce strong young swimmers who are capable of looking after themselves in New Zealand's Aqua-space. Our lessons also serve as great preparation for those who want to enter a competitive swimming environment.

In addition to our children's lessons, we offer one-on-one private tuition for adults. Whether you want to learn to swim, gain water confidence, or improve your stroke technique, our adult tuition classes are designed to maximize your swimming potential. These classes are available before 12pm from Monday to Friday, based on availability.
