In case you need to redirect your parcel to another address within a 75km radius, you can do so as long as it hasn't been loaded into the delivery van yet. We strive to accommodate your needs and make the delivery process as convenient as possible.

To stay updated on the status of your delivery, we recommend using our online tracking tool. It's the best way to ensure you have the most accurate and up-to-date information about your parcel's whereabouts.
