"If I could give you negative stars, I would. Beware of bringing your pets anywhere near this place, they are money hungry, and will perform unnecessary procedures on your pets just to get the bill as high as they can. There is zero empathy for people or your pets. This woman screamed at me on the phone at a very emotional time for me. And her advice is solely based on how she can make things sound worse than they are, just to make you pay more money! Or worse in my case. I reported this woman and her behaviour to the New Zealand Veterans Organisation. In my opinion, she should not be anywhere near other peoples pets! She takes advantage of venerable people. Belittles them and makes them feel like they are bad pet owners. She actually has quite a talent for it, as I was left questioning my own sanity. But after speaking with many many more people in the community, it was clear I was not alone. She should be ashamed of her behaviour, and with so many people having the same experiences, it is clear there is one common denominator."
"Rude and antagonistic and blamed me on many occasions for the outcome of my cat's issues. Won't be going back. Overpriced for the experience."
"Great vet, absolutely no nonsense and gets things done for you quickly. Lovely nurses and good selection of treats and products too"
"The owner of this business is the most rudest and cold hearted person I've met. If you are a vet you need to have compassion towards owners including having a heart! This older lady lacks this. People take their pets to a vet to get help and care. Not to be poorly treated including their pet by a vet! If I could do negative stars on this business I would. Another vet who is not affiliated with this business at all was shocked at how badly treated I was including the treatment given towards our pet by this clinic. They even apologised for this behaviour we were given even though they are NOT connected to this business! Furthermore, this clinic failed to do adequate scans/tests. I got this done again at another vet without an issue which provided a hell of alot more answers! I spent alot of money at this place and put up with the disgusting snarky comments made by this lady about my pet and ripped into me. In addition, she overdosed my pet, insisted that my beloved fur baby must be put down after this clinic misdiagnosing the issue for ages. I sort advice from elsewhere and my beloved fur baby lived another 3 months. She also knew nothing about the breed! This clinic refused to provide medication which our pet needed. I had no issue getting what I needed from a different vet elsewhere! I'm sure alot of people have had terrible experiences with this vet but have not made a review. The reason for why I am making this review now was seeing the below review from James. Its time people spoke out about this vets inability and lack of professionalism."
"We haver had 4 dogs and 2 cats go through this business. I don't think I've come across and more rude and condescending business owner in my life. These are my experiences. 1. Took in a German Shepherd who was going to be euthanised and we homed him with us. Take him in for a check and got berated for his condition and got told off when interacting with the boy (Don't do that, etc..) 2. Took my wee Girl Elsie to be euthanised after 18 wonderful years.. who was jabbed several times and took over 30 minutes to pass, whereby we were blamed saying she was too old.. couldn't handle the injections etc. 3. One of our two cats had been severely hurt somehow which ended up being identified as her intestines outside of her internal stomach cavity. On the first visit I was told it's fat and normal. I argued and pointed out it was immediate and only on one side. Got told to go away for a week and come back if it got worse. Well obv it did and by the time they said there was an issue.. it was a week later and nearly all of her intestines were breaching the cavity. She had ther audacity to tell me she'd done the op on the cheap and was doing me a favor. Then had a go because because payment was late. 4. Today I had our two new boy pups booked in for neutering. One of which had developed an ear infection over the last couple weeks due to allergies which I requested the nurse to look at. I rang to organise pickup and was rudely told I had 'just dumped a dog with an ear infection on her' with no warning. Harry had only recently developed the infection and the dogs were booked in anyway. Just like to add.. two neuters and an ear check/cleanse... $715! What the hell.. I would advise you avoid this business at all costs. I was told today IT WAS ME being rude.. never again will we go there. No matter where I go in the community, I'm told the same story that Marie the owner is rude as hell. I ignored them and let it go.. should have listened. I had let previous issues go until now (which have been on every single visit).. but no more AVOID THIS PLACE"
