We understand that emergencies can happen at any time. For out of hour emergencies, please contact the Hospital for guidance. Your pet's well-being is our top priority, and we are here to support you in any situation.

To make your life easier, we offer a convenient pet food delivery service called My Rover. Simply visit our website and select the products you need to order. Your goods will be shipped directly to your home, ensuring that your pets never run out of their favorite food.

Let us introduce you to our incredible team members. Goran, our experienced veterinarian, graduated in 1991 at Belgrade University in Serbia. After immigrating to New Zealand in 1994, he fell in love with the country and has been providing veterinary services ever since. Karyn, our nurse and office manager, is known for her efficiency and expertise in raising Ag day lambs and calves. Lee, who grew up on a farm, brings her passion for animals to our team and enjoys activities like running, yoga, and cooking in her free time. Caitlin, a recent graduate, is passionate about animals and lives locally with her cat Blair. Gretchen, who graduated from Unitec in 2018, has a special interest in medicine and enjoys swimming, diving, and reading.
