"Was ok got in late no one on reception but our key was on the front desk for us. Room was ok the fold out couch bed and dishwasher were inoperable. Some minor room maintenance is required. Still though an excellent venue, will come back next summer."
"Great place to stay , nice and quiet and a wonderful walk for the morning, if you are booking try and get a Harbour view room 2nd or 3rd floor, this hotel is more like non serviced apartments we were there for 4 nights and our room was not stocked up nor serviced, we had to ask for clean towels which was fine but it is advertised as a hotel, they did have a leaflet in the room stating they only serviced changed sheets etc on the third day due to covid (someone needs to let them know we are all trying to get back to normal and its a bad excuse to use now)and don't work public holidays, there was a rubbish bin on the deck with dirty nappies in and by the smell it had been there for some time and the balcony on the ground floor room we also had needed a good sweep , a little more attention to the cleaning would be great ,the hotel is undergoing up grades and I'm sure once they are fully operational it will once again be an amazing place to stay , and yes we would stay again. Value for money maybe a 3 out of 5"
