In this role, the appointed individual will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our Senior Legal Counsel, gaining invaluable training and experience. They will provide legal support and services to our esteemed Private Wealth team, which consists of Trust Managers/Officers and Private Wealth Advisors across the nation. The core responsibilities of this position will be guided by the Senior Legal Counsel, and there is the potential for advancement into a Junior Solicitor role.

Cooper Legal, our parent organization, is a reputable medium-sized litigation firm specializing in seeking redress for individuals who have suffered abuse as children or vulnerable adults in various contexts, particularly state- or faith-based care environments. Our work primarily involves seeking justice through the courts, as well as engaging in pastoral and alternative processes. We are proud to be actively involved in the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in Care.
