"I was in the area and needed a prescription filled. The lady at the prescriptions counter displayed unprofessional behaviour right off the bat. She tried to ignore me and when she was forced to acknowledge me, she was abrupt, rude and had a careless attitude. She asked if I've been there before, which I said no. I came back for my prescription, only to find that they had charged me full price for it. Apparently they didn't even think to ask me if I had a concession card (which I do) despite the fact that I'd already told them that I'd never been there before. It's lucky that I noticed it and the lovely girl at the front counter fixed it for me but I wonder how many pensioners haven't noticed and have been ripped off. Although the girl at the front counter apologised, before I left I said out loud 'I'm not coming back here again' and I won't be back. I regret going there in the first place."
