"A few months ago I found that my Amcal pharmacy had become Ramsay's. What a difference. There is rarely ever the same pharmacist, they are so slow I put my scripts in the day before to try to cut down the waiting time. They have a different procedure every time, one day they will give you a slip to bring back other times they don't, they can't seem to make up their minds on how they are going to do this. Today I was told at the checkout that I still owed payment for scripts I got in August so apparently they hadn't taken it off their system as I had definitely paid, they also require you to take no charge medication from the person at the counter and go to the checkout to have it taken off the system. Double work for them and more waiting time for me. PLEASE COME BACK AMCAL."
