"WARNING Do not risk using this company unless you want to go through a tonne of stress, money and disappointment. Ricky and his team were very keen to take our money before starting any work, and after months and months of waiting for our swim spa and landscaping to be completed, the quality of the work was well below what we were expecting for the $100k that we had paid them. We were stuck with this company because of the upfront costs, and we could not afford to lose to this amount, so moving our project to a new contractor was not possible. Close to $8k spent on turf and top soil that was poor quality and looked lumpy, patchy and half dead. Our best efforts could not get this grass to grow and it died. It was never laid properly in the first place. We later discover the cost for the turf and soil for our sized lot costs no more than $600. The whole quote was a rip off! For the amount of money we spent, we had high expectations and Ricky assured us that they were very professional and the job would be finished to the highest of standards. Our paving looks terrible around our pool area, and its marble, not cheap and now we need to re-do most of it due to the poor quality workmanship, its not level or square, messy grout, glue and gaps all through it. Our backyard was left like a rubbish tip with building material and many hazards. Not a safe place for our children to play. We lived in a mess of a yard for 9 months, they never cleaned up after themselves and we never knew when they would show up to do any work. They would come one day and then we wouldn’t see them again for a month or more. We did many clean ups ourselves and rubbish removals, they even dumped rubbish in the vacant lot next to ours that we had to clean up. They damaged the fence, our hose reel, garage door and left our children’s trampoline, and our windows and doors filthy with concrete splatters and glue. Nothing was ever repaired or cleaned, we asked them many times but they never did it. Using Lush Lifestyle has been a nightmare! We are now trying to repair what they said would be a totally ready to use swim-spa and a top quality yard. We have spent many weeks and thousands of dollars trying to repair the damage. The work was that bad that our neighbours cancelled their contract with Lush after seeing the lack of professionalism and the terrible quality of the work. There is so much more we could expose about Lush Lifestyle but this review is getting very long. We keep finding more issues but we hope that one day we will have the back yard, we have worked so hard to get."
