Transitioning to university life and living in a hall can be both exciting and challenging. However, rest assured that our dedicated team of hall staff is always there to support you and contribute to creating a friendly and safe hall whānau culture. Student support coordinators, who are registered health professionals, are assigned to each hall, providing easy access to counseling support and promoting overall wellbeing.

Living with others can sometimes be challenging, but at Capital Hall, we utilize a restorative justice process to address conflicts and rule-breaking. This process encourages everyone involved to work together and reach an agreement to restore relationships.
For residents of the hall who are not enrolled as students at the University, we have a misconduct process schedule available for reference.
