"One of the worst customer experiences you’ll face. Charged a premium for a plumber, we paid on the same day. A few days later, the same issue came back. I requested for a revisit, it is now 14 days and they still haven’t scheduled for someone to come! They stopped responding to emails about a week ago. Pathetic of a service, careless and no empathy, especially for something as important as this! We’ve started searching for alternatives."
