"Bad customer service. Told me to cancel the flights and i can book in future with him and get discounts (kinda $$$ from my cancelled flight) and I did act Accordingly. Few months later I asked him and he said he can’t do it as no flights availability while I checked it myself and it was there. What a liar. Also I called him he didn’t pick - no call back - and left a message on watsapp he seen it - no reply to that either for next 24 hours. Three times Ive experienced that he didn’t pick the calls and no reply and said that he’s sick (which I doubt) Bro if you’re the only one tryna do eveything on your own and struggle to run the business might as well hire a staff for more customer support or shut the business down. Thanks"
