The Dance Shed

Welcome to The Dance Shed, located at 74 Main Road, Kumeū, New Zealand. If you've always wanted to learn how to dance or take your dance technique to the next level, then you've come to the right place. At The Dance Shed, we offer a wide range of classes including Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Ballet, and many more. Our goal is to help you learn new techniques, master amazing choreography, and most importantly, have fun while doing it!

But it's not just about having fun in our classes. We also strive for excellence and aim to achieve great marks in our exams. We are proud to share with you the top marks achieved by our talented dancers across all dance studios who participate in the Asia Pacific Dance Association syllabuses worldwide. Congratulations to our dancers!

We would like to recognize Isobel Toman for receiving the Solo Seal Scholarship in Urban Ignition (Hip Hop) Top Mark Awards 2019. Additionally, Emily Warhaft, Summer Warhaft, Ashtyn-Rose Newman, and Skylah-Rose Howell have all received top tier awards in various levels and genres.

In Encore (Musical) Theatre, we have awarded the top mark to the highest achiever in Solo Seal candidates. And in Lucidity (Contemporary), Summer Warhaft has achieved the highest mark in Level 1, while Emily Warhaft has received a top tier award in Level 4.

Lastly, we are proud to announce that our very own Jazzaddict (Jazz) Solo Seal candidate has received the top mark award in their genre.
