"Bus service straight into town for world cup so from a location wise great. Room/rooms (as we were moved next door) in dire need of repair. Moved from original room as ranch slider locks did not work at all (could not lock it).Room we were moved to.. leaking tap in unit (tap was actually moving not secured) and we had to put a towel on the floor to mop up water running from the tap housing through the cupboard onto the floor. Severe mould on the window and warped sill in the upstair bedroom where the kids slept. Not good.... Got 50% back on the nights accomodation"
"The room was great, nice and clean but the room upstair is very noisy kids running everyday and the WiFi connection is very poor, there's no WiFi connection. The hotel manager should improve the WiFi problems, all of that are fine. Thanks"
"We hired the lodge for a function and had the Tudor room. The staff were amazing, very friendly and willing to help with anything! Good location meaning the shuttle into the city was affordable. A great venue for a function or a night's stay."
"Staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating at the restaurant with daughter's allergies. However, there was no liquor license and a limited menu. The stuff was the friendliest we've ever encountered, so lovely and everyone from the cleaners to the reception talked to us. Was a bit of a drive into the city center, and the rooms were exactly what we needed and very clean. The only issue was that the balcony outside did run run along all the rooms, and my kids were running into the grass area, probably making a lot of racket outside other's rooms. Aside from that, it was lovely to watch them from the balcony playing in the trees in the big grass area."
