"I have had such a caring environment from the whole team at Positive Wellbeing. I’ve been going for probably 6years and seen a couple of individual counsellors and a couples counsellor and one thing is for certain, there is no mucking around! They are here to help, if you are willing to help yourself! I went in to have a blab about my life and feel ‘boo hoo’ me but after building a strong foundation with them I have now been making some huge steps and changes in my life for the better to assist with my mental health recovery. Something I never would have done or thought about before because I wanted a quick fix or a moan session and get on with life. Counselling is a two way street, only when you want to help yourself can you accept help from others and it takes time to build that relationship. The team put that effort in, make sure you do too. Good luck everyone one of their journey and I hope you find the help you need xx"
"I usaully dont give poor reviews as often my experience is good or any poor experiences are understandable and explained by the business. This is not the case with Postive Wellbeing. Reception staff who do not return calls or emails, and when you do speak with them it seems you are greatly inconvenienceing them by even having a simple conversation. Voicemails which say bookings are able to be made using the online booking system but when you do make them you are finally contacted and said no that is not the correct way to book an appointment and spoken to in a condesending manner. For a business who aims to help peoples wellbeing your method's of communication can be greatly improved, especially for people who may be anxious and may find it difficult to make an appointment."
"I had a family member visit here recently wanting some guidance and advice for help with someone who had PTSD, they left feeling worse, sat in the car and cried. Absolutely disgusting, come to you for help and leave feeling worse."
"Useless service. Unable to help me on the phone and unwilling to assist with finding someone who could. I have never written a Google Review before I'm just so shocked. This was honestly pathetic service."
