"Very uncomfortable experience. Staff were rude and unwelcoming, and it felt like I was a nuisance to them. The nails themselves turned out chunky AF, they are not straight and they look messy and rushed. Multiple nail beds are cut and sore, and when the nail tech hurt my hand and I pulled away on instinct, she rolled her eyes and grabbed my hand back. Overall this was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this salon :( Editing my review to reply to the owners comment - I was a walk in client (I didn't have an appointment so not sure why they have said this?) and was not happy with the end result but felt uncomfortable saying anything as they had treated me poorly during the whole experience."
"Lovely friendly staff. I booked for my daughter but was happily surprised by the offer to give me a pedicure while I waited for her. Yes, I had to pay for it, but it was lovely, especially the massage chair. Highly recommended."
