"There was some confusing signage in their store which meant the items I purchased ended up being much more expensive then I had anticipated. I returned the the store to have a chat about it. The staff member was very understanding, attentive, explained the issue, and listened to my explanation of how I felt mislead by the signage. Without me asking, I was offered a refund of the difference to the price I had expected even though it was a different product. Very happy with this store, the staff are lovely and they are willing to make their customers happy by going the extra mile."
