"We came here in late August, a late winter time, still we could see the whole garden is so beautifully upkeep. It is definitely a must-go place if you visit Ballarat!"
"The place is wide and spacious. There are so many trees and a wide variety of plants in the garden. The greenhouse also has a lot of beautiful species on display. Even in winter when we visited, the place was fun to go to."
"Beautiful place to go with the family and have a picnic. Big playground for kids, tables to sit down and eat. Great spot to see some lovely birds as well. The public bathrooms are in good conditions."
"We thought this was a really nice surprise of a place to wander through. It's ideal because if you are a tourist (like us) you can also wonder across the road and visit Lake Wendouree and if travelling with kids the Adventure Playground is nearby too. What we loved was the statues throughout the gardens, including the walk featuring all the prime ministers. I believe there was a cafe nearby too however there's loads of lawn areas to stop and have a picnic."
