"Had the best nail experience with Hannah! Went it with a dodgy set from somewhere else met Hannah, she went in and did the best clean up work and refill of acrylic I have ever had. Attention to detail, checking in with me through out to make sure I was happy. Stunning nails in the end. Super happy! Love these! Thank you Hannah, outstanding work!"

"5 stars for Hannah!!! Up for a chat, has a laugh and always smiling. Hard working and doesn’t stop! I’ve had her do my nails 3 times now and the last time I said to her I booked online but couldn’t get her, Hannah then finished her client and made the effort to come do my nails! My nails are long and strong when Hannah does them (SNS) and lasts well beyond 3 weeks! I’ll continue to come to the salon as long as Hannah is there!"

"First and only time ill be visiting, I took myself and 2 neices for mani and pedis. The session took over 3 hours, with just over an hour wait with our feet soaking in cold water (was like this from the beginning) then they were so rough with my 12 year old neices feet they grazed the skin off. Then the lady doing her nails made the mistake of getting the wrong colour, then took it out on my neice both verbally and physically (was extremely rough doing her nails to the point where she had glue stuck all over her and her fingers were bleeding). They werent even the right sized tips and over hung. Looked terrible and that particular staff was so rude and nasty, that when we went back to try and rectify the situation she yelled more abuse, advising that we have to pay for anything we want fixed on her nails. She then accused me of being rude and yelling at her in my own language - I speak english, and was trying to get her to stop yelling at my neice for her own mistake. I did not yell, i did raise my voice to be heard over her abuse at my neice. The customer service, quality, wait time and pricing are the worst ive ever dealt with.... i imagine they are sometimes ok, but not worth the chance of going back if this is the service they provide. Its even worse that they called my neice and I liars, and that they cant even grow up be adults and admit to their own mistakes. I understand people have bad days. But really. Assualting a 12 year old where the cuts, scrapes and bleeding are very visible then calling her a liar. Come on grow up and be professional"
