"Honour your appointment!! Today when I when I went in the morning the lady there told me to sit and as soon as I sat she voluntarily told me that it will take about 20min to serve me and I can come back if I want. I confirmed with her she would serve me after 20min and I came back and then the same lady expected me to wait my turn to be served after 2 other customers who were waiting there after having arrived after me. What annoyed and irritated me is firstly if you can’t honour an appointment you shouldn’t have suggested I come back after 20 min you should have just let me wait their second respect peoples time. This episode took away an 40 min from my busy day I just didn’t need to waste. Very very disappointing"

"Usually the service was good on my previous visits but today there was a lady that I have never seen before and she took 2mins to do my eyebrows. I was the only customer there, no one waiting. She rushed it so badly that it felt as if my skin was being sliced. I pointed out some very obvious hairs that needs to be removed and used the tweezers scraping my skin. Its been 2hrs since I had my eye brows done and my eyebrows is stinging with red marks where she scraped it with the tweezers. $15 for 2mins of rushed work. Not properly cleaned and left with scrape marks. Whoever you are - you shouldn't be working there. I wasn't rude, I was very patience and kind to you but you seem like you didn't want to bothered as you were on your phone."

"Horrible experience!!!! Today I went for eyebrows and the girl literally did a worse job. She plucked some hairs in between my eyebrows and now it's looking like a broken line. Never in my life I had this experience. She apologized and accepted that it was her mistake, but definitely it's because of her carelessness. She was attending several phone calls while doing my eyebrows. This type of mistake is totally unacceptable. I strongly recommend not to go there."

I have been going to her for a few months now, and without a doubt, always walk out feeling happy. She provides such a relaxed professional environment, yet doesn’t take as long as other lash ladies I have known.. always on time, and always goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy!
