"Visited this store twice last week. The first time the service was good, but we went back for a second visit, and no one came near us. We were interested in a dining setting and were completely ignored. We tried to motion someone to come over but the woman on the counter turned away. Other sales people just walked past. We walked out and went to another furniture shop 2 doors down and purchased one of their dining settings. Gets delivered Thursday. I wouldn't recommend this store for customer service. If someone comes back the second time they are interested."
"Extremely happy with the service received at the Ballarat Store! Our 3 seater Dolan in Nappa Denim was an awesome choice aided by very patient staff (took us 2 hours) Once it arrived we realised the two seater would be too much for our space so exchanged for the armchair as that sofa was still on the way....the whole process was seamless. Very impressed :-)"
