At PhysiPole Studios Ballarat, we provide classes in aerial hoop/lyra, hammock, silks/tissu, static pole, spin pole, sexy dance, stretch, strength and conditioning, and many more. Our state-of-the-art facilities boast two pole rooms with 4-meter poles and two aerial rooms that are 6 meters tall. These rooms are fully temperature controlled, ensuring your comfort during your workouts with heating and cooling options.

PhysiPole Studios Ballarat is the first permanent home of PhysiPole Studios, where Kristy Sellars, the founder of PhysiPole, transformed it into the renowned institution it is today. In 2020, we moved to our current location to offer our students the best facilities possible.

Kristy Sellars, the founder of PhysiPole Studios, has an impressive background in performing arts. After completing a full-time performing arts course in Melbourne, she expanded her skills and knowledge in leading studios in Los Angeles. In 2007, she discovered pole dancing and instantly became hooked. In 2009, she founded PhysiPole Studios, which has grown to become the largest franchise of its kind in the world, with 17 studio locations.

Throughout her career, Kristy has embarked on numerous teaching and performing tours worldwide. She has won prestigious competitions such as Australia's Got Talent in 2019 and Pole Theatre World in 2016. She has also performed and taught in various countries, including the USA, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom.
