"I personally can't speak on behalf of the customer service as someone else went in to collect, however they did say they were left unattended to for quite some time even though 2 staff had already witnessed him walk in. The chicken tikka's sauce had separated into oily milk curds. Veggie Korma was sauce with peas and corn in it and both sauces looked and tasted like they were from a jar. Burger pattie was a frozen mush, still cold on the inside. The loaded waffle fries have a nice flavour, however its just chips with cheese and sauce. Garlic naan was nice though."
"My son had burger and wedges which looked great. Chicken saagwala, paneer saagwala and chicken tikka masala meals were bland and watery. Naan bread doughy and lacking flavour. Disappointed."
