"I took my 15 yr old niece here today, to get a full set of nails done, my niece asked the lady for the length she wanted. The lady has left my nieces fingers red raw, did not cut them to the length my niece asked for and has made my niece very upset. I'm not happy at all. If you would actually listen, to what customers want you might be surprised."
