"Just had 1hr relaxation massage with Carrie; she makes me feel so welcome, relaxed and at ease. I left today feeling so well and refreshed. Booked a massage for my husband straight after so he can enjoy it, too!"
"So relaxing. Nearly fell asleep. If you have had a stressful week or just run Down, go and see Grace. She is an amazing and a lovely beauty therapist"
"I went for a 1 hr pregnancy massage with the add on of shirodhara 15 minutes. The massage was immensely disappointing. After reading all the great reviews I don't understand how my massage was so bad. I had a male practitioner and he just massaged with the flat of his arm for most of the time. He spoke too much and kept asking me questions during the massage and telling me about his wife thats also pregnant. I just wanted to relax so I stopped answering. I put 3 areas that I would really like massaged on the form and only 2 areas from that were massaged. Massage was unsymmetrical, massaging one glute for ages with the flat of his arm and it just felt so boring. I wasn't getting glute pain and he focuses alot on that area and my lower bacK. I specifically said neck and shoulders and feet. Because he was massaging with the flat of his arm, his elbow kept digging into my spine and I had to tell him to stop as it felt really horrible, I could feel his elbow going inbetween my vertabraes on my spine. He told me he wasn't touching my spine as he avoids that area but he was, he just didn't realise it. At one point he was massaging the top of my back but leaning with his hand on my lower back putting his weight on me and I was thinking if he does that much longer im going to have to say something again as it was uncomfortable being pregnant having him leaning on me. There was no leg massage, forearm massage, hand massage, head massage, foot massage and no turning over to massage the front either (not sure if thats a pregnancy massage protocol as this is my first preg massage). Just mainly lower back, glutes, a bit on the back of my thighs, shoulders and neck and top of my arm. I literally couldn't believe it when he had finished. I was surprised he had a certificate on the table to be qualified. I've given 2 stars purely because a different practitioner came in and took over for the shirodhara and it was really brilliant. The shirodhara was magical. Definitely would not recommend here for a pregnancy massage. $165 down the drain."
"I had a massage with Grace and OH MY GOD it was beyond amazing!! I’m a beauty therapist myself, so I do think I have high standards, but Grace was more than exceeded them. I have not felt so relax in such a long time. It was everything I needed. I recommend her to everyone"
